What do I need to rent a unit?
A government-issued photo ID and a payment method. You can complete the whole rental online in a few minutes — there is no separate application or approval step.
Can I really move in the same day?
Yes. As soon as you finish the online move-in you receive your gate code, so you can start loading in during access hours that same day.
How do the prepay and multi-month discounts work?
Paying several months up front unlocks a lower effective monthly rate. The discount is shown on your quote before you pay and is applied automatically — there is nothing to claim by hand and no code to remember.
Do you have climate-controlled units?
We offer both climate-controlled and standard drive-up units. Each unit lists its size and features on the units page, so you can filter to exactly what you need.
When can I access my unit?
Access is governed by our posted hours: Office 9–6 Mon–Sat · Gate 6am–10pm daily.
How do I pay, and can I set up autopay?
You pay securely online by card during move-in, and you can enroll in autopay so your rent is handled automatically each month.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Storage is month-to-month — stay as long as you need and give notice when you are ready to move out.
